Christian Kurtzke, the former CEO of PORSCHE DESIGN GROUP & MEISSEN LUXURY GROUP is a highly passionate, strategic and entrepreneurial executive with 20+ years of international experience – across Europe, Asia (Greater China and Japan), the US and the Middle East. As a CEO he successfully lead global strategic change & business transformation in a variety of industries, with P&L responsibility of over 150 Million Euros and a particular focus on premium & luxury-lifestyle consumer brands – in Sports & Fashion, Watches & Jewelry, Technical Luxury Accessories and Home Decor, Interiors & Art.

Since the 90s he has been an invited speaker at many international conferences, in Asia, Europe and the US. He was one of the founding members and served as the first president of the German luxury Association, MEISTERKREIS – the German equivalent to Committee Colbert in France, Walpole in the UK and Altagamma in Italy.

As an acknowledged expert and field practitioner Christian has authored and co-authored several books on strategic business transformation, change management and innovation. He holds several global technology patents originating from his research at AT&T Bell Labs as well as numerous international awards for leading product designs & innovations.

During the past two decades, Barbara Flügge has designed, evaluated, implemented and accelerated the transformation process of numerous organizations in the private and public sectors. At the same time, business partners and customers benefit from their many years of experience in local and international geographies. Their expertise, market orientation and dynamism are highly valued by clients, executives, business and science representatives, colleagues and colleagues. There she was co-responsible for the market and business development in Europe. From 2002 to 2018, she worked for SAP in various roles: Consulting Manager for various units, Strategy Champion, Project and Program Management, Solutions Manager and Task Force Manager Smart Cities and Regions.

The Digitizing Ecosystems initiative she founded deals with the analysis, design and digitization of urban and regional networks. Their approach enables market participants from business, science, voluntary work and the public sector of various orientations to access complex issues, unbundle multi-dimensional business processes and implement new business models in complex networks.



Dr. Thomas Farkas

Thomas Farkas is a lawyer in an international law firm in Munich, with particular expertise in intellectual property law (IP). His legal advice includes in particular all legal and extra-judicial issues of trademark, design, copyright and competition law. In these and related fields, he advises from start-ups to DAX companies.

In addition, Thomas Farkas teaches prospective lawyers at universities in Germany and abroad on current issues in the field of intellectual property, i.a. at the Queen Mary University of London (England) and the Universidad Nacional de Colombia (Bogota, Colombia). He regularly lectures and publishes papers on IP-related topics.

Thomas Farkas was responsible for IP in one of the world’s leading fashion companies, helping him to prioritize the business interests of his clients, including fashion companies, consumer and luxury goods manufacturers, technology companies and advertising agencies.

In Tokyo, Japan, he completed a research stay at the Institute of Intellectual Property. As a scholarship holder at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in Munich, he earned his doctorate on counterfeit protection and the accumulation of intellectual property rights. Through teaching at universities, he has particular expertise in advising students on the protection of their business ideas and concepts.

Lenz Lampertsdörfer is a pioneering thinker, Spirit Rector researcher and developer for forward thinking brands, marketing and business systems. For almost 30 years he has been inspiring people, companies, projects and startups to their highest vision and the authentic implementation of their brand, products and services in the market.

As a Spiritus Rector, in his role as Trusted Advisor, he accompanies companies from a wide range of B2B and B2C industries in a solution-oriented manner in the processes of their brand, product, business and marketing development for their sustainable corporate success.

In the early 2000s, Lenz Lampertsdörfer was CEO of Allianz Deutscher Designer AGD, the largest interdisciplinary design association of independent designers in Europe. He was involved in projects and lectures on computer-aided 3D systems for design tasks in industrial design and in the IIID International Institute for Information Design on trends and future concepts in information design.

The development of new learning and teaching formats, the reformation and future-oriented conception of the education system and new ways of holistic and sustainable brand, product, service and business concepts, which lead to a new form of economic activity, are today in the center of his interest.
